Hypnosis is well known when it comes to its showy side of it. Many people have either been to a Hypnotherapy show or seen a Hypnotist ‘make’ people think they are chicken or something that gets a laugh or an ‘aaaah!’.
Then there is Healing Hypnotherapy which is a process that helps people with negative states that they would like to change. This could be physical states like pain or maybe fear. Big or small, we need to find a solution to our unwanted states.
My interest lies in service, and I am interested in working with anyone ready to change something in their lives for a more holistic and better lifestyle.
We are in a trance when we watch an exciting film/movie, when we drive and arrive at our destination without realizing we had ‘zoned out’ and got that far …or even when we go into ourselves listening to a boring speaker and cannot repeat what was said because we didn’t hear a thing.
It is, therefore, not different when we are hypnotized and although we do not react in the same way, we are aware of what is going on around us.
We become unconsciously creative and find solutions we didn’t know existed within us. The hypnotherapist can be considered to be a guide as we work with our physical ailments or emotions.
Like Hypnotherapy, NLP is also a process that helps you get rid of unwanted conflicting behavior and emotions. Whether it is a habit, inner conflict, or some other physical ailment that is on my list, there is a way of guiding you through the process.
The good thing about working with many of these issues is that we can work with or without content.
NLP is quite common in many fields, as it is a very necessary tool for understanding how we react in our professional and personal life. Many excellent and charismatic speakers have mastered some of these tools, whether by sheer talent or after learning to use them effectively.
I use these tools effectively, in cases where the best solution is NLP.

So… to sum it up…When you want to sleep and you can’t. When you want to go out with friends but you are afraid to step out of your door. When you see a spider and you think it’s out to get you. When you give in to cravings even though you know it’s bad for your health.
That’s your subconscious helping you out, although you consciously know it’s not helping, you cannot help yourself. Yes, what seems like a negative thing actually has a positive purpose and since your subconscious doesn’t intend to harm you, it is more than ready to accept a better suggestion.
All that can be changed. You are the one who has the central role in making any changes.
